Location/Facilities
The lovely 4-star hotel is only 150 km from the Finkenberg cable car, 3 km from well-known Mayrhofen and approx. 14 km from the year-round ski area on the Hintertux Glacier. Shopping, as well as cafes and bars, are located nearby. The family-run hotel was completely renovated in 2005 and boasts a hotel hall with fireplace, lift, dining area, sun terrace, non-smoking “Zirbenstube” (traditional parlour paneled in native pine wood), à la carte restaurant, buffet area with “front cooking”, as well as a wine celler. The well-maintained spa area with various saunas, aroma steam room, relaxation area, fitness room and hydro massage shower is also included in the holiday price. Free parking spaces are available.
Furnishing/Board
The bright, comfortable rooms are all furnished in the Tyrolean style. They are furnished with a bath or shower/wc, satellite TV, Internet access, telephone, radio, safe, and hairdryer. All rooms possess a balcony. Half-board PLUS is included in the holiday price and includes a welcome bottle of sparkling wine and heart-shaped waffles in the room, as well as a breakfast buffet with freshly-prepared egg dishes, an afternoon “Jause” (snack consisting of bread, cold cuts, cheese etc.) from 16:00 - 17:00, and a 4-course evening meal with salad buffet. There is also candlelight dinner and delicacy evening once per week, and teas and fruit juices in the spa area.
